Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Paiker's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
These terms apply to all users of our services, including merchants, developers, and any person who accesses our website or uses our payment gateway.
Description of Services
Paiker provides a payment gateway service that allows merchants in Pakistan to accept online payments. Our services include:
- Payment processing for credit cards, debit cards, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfers
- A dashboard to manage payments and view reports
- APIs for integrating payments into your website or application
- Hosted checkout pages
- Webhook notifications for payment events
Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a legitimate business operating in Pakistan
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Complete our verification process
- Keep your account information up to date
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for:
- Illegal activities or transactions
- Fraudulent purposes
- Selling prohibited goods or services
- Money laundering or terrorist financing
- Any activity that violates Pakistani law
- Interfering with or disrupting our services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Fees and Payments
Our fees are displayed on our pricing page and in your dashboard. By using our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
- Fees are deducted from each transaction before payout
- Payouts are made to your verified bank account
- Payout timing is typically 2-3 business days
- We may change our fees with 30 days notice
Refunds and Chargebacks
You are responsible for handling refund requests from your customers. You may issue refunds through our dashboard.
If a customer disputes a charge with their bank (chargeback), we will notify you and you must provide documentation to support the transaction. Chargeback fees may apply.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Paiker and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our APIs and services in accordance with these terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paiker shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Unauthorized access to your data
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Paiker harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:
- You must stop using our services
- We will process any pending payouts
- We may retain certain data as required by law
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our dashboard. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
